All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after processing, depending on your location. International orders may occasionally take longer due to customs handling.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer FREE shipping worldwide on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Roselyn Beauty is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply once your package reaches your destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS
While we do everything we can to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs. We appreciate your patience and are always happy to help track your order.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
