We want you to love your Roselyn Beauty purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, contact us at support@roselynbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are defective. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund after the stated period, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@roselynbeauty.com.
